Biography
Jose Ramos San Antonio Artist
Not much is known about Jose Ramos. There is a story that has floated around about him for years that is quite possibly true. He was at one time part of the small group of artists that painted with Porfirio Salinas. Supposedly Salinas quietly banned Ramos from the group when he realized that Ramos was as good or better than he was.
