Marshall Mitchell (1917-2001)
Marshall Park Mitchell, 83, of Springfield, died Friday, March 9, 2001 at St. John's Hospital.
He was born January 29, 1917, the son of Elijah Park and Grace Clayton Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell was a self employed Artist and Sculptor, where he did some contractual work with Rubin Donnelly CO. He also had owned and operated Marshall Mitchell Printing and Art Studio. He served on the Springfield Park District.
