Biography
Luis Quinonez 1987 San Antonio Artist
Luis Quinonez is a Mexican American Architect and Artist based in San Antonio Texas. Born in 1987. The practice of Architecture led me to venture out and sketch the urban landscape to further understand the built environment, and through that my journey into watercolor Plein-air painting began. Through my artwork, I hope to capture the emotion and feeling of the place I am painting. Both passions of art and architecture are constantly feeding on each other, which to me is the biggest reward.
